If you're driving from Salento, head southwest on Vía al Valle de Cocora for approximately 11 kilometers. The road is paved and well-marked, leading you directly to the entrance of Valle de Cocora. Once you arrive, there is parking available, but be aware that it can fill up quickly, especially on weekends. The cost for parking is usually around 5,000 COP.

Public Transportation (Jeep)
From the main square in Salento, you can catch a Willys Jeep (the local form of public transport) to Valle de Cocora. The jeeps leave frequently, around every 30 minutes, and the ride takes about 30 minutes. The fare is approximately 3,000 COP per person. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Valle de Cocora.
