From Guatape, take the road towards Medellín. You will drive approximately 78 kilometers, which takes about 1.5 hours. Follow the signs for Medellín until you reach the Autopista Norte (North Highway). Once on the Autopista Norte, continue until you reach the exit for Aranjuez. Take this exit and follow the road signs to Cra. 53. The Aquarium Medellin is located at Cra. 53 #7375, Aranjuez, Medellín. Be aware of parking options when you arrive, as you might need to pay for parking in the vicinity.

Public Transportation
To reach Aquarium Medellin from Guatape using public transportation, first, take a bus from Guatape to Medellín. Buses depart frequently from the main bus terminal in Guatape. The journey takes about 2 hours and costs around 15,000 COP. Once you arrive at the Terminal del Norte in Medellín, you can take a metro line (Line 1) towards San Antonio station. Transfer at San Antonio to the Line 2 metro and head to the Aranjuez station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Aquarium Medellin at Cra. 53 #7375. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance for the return trip.
