Car
If you're driving from the center of Guatapé, head south on the main road (Carrera 29) toward the town of El Peñol. After approximately 10 minutes, take the highway towards Medellín (Autopista Medellín - Bogotá). Once on the highway, follow the signs for Medellín. After about 1 hour, take the exit toward Manrique and merge onto Carrera 45. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Casa Gardeliana at Cra. 45 #76-50, El Pomar.

From Guatapé, take a bus to Medellín. Buses leave regularly from the main terminal in Guatapé and the journey takes approximately 2 hours. Alight at the Terminal del Norte in Medellín. From there, you can take a Metro Line 1 train toward San Antonio and get off at the Manrique station. From the station, it's a short taxi ride or about a 15-minute walk to Casa Gardeliana located at Cra. 45 #76-50.
