From the center of Guatapé, head south on Calle 30 towards the main road. Continue straight to merge onto the Autopista Medellín - Bogotá. Follow the signs for Medellín and take the exit toward San Rafael/Guatapé. After approximately 45 km, take the exit towards El Peñol/Guatapé. Keep following signs towards Guatapé. After entering Guatapé, follow the signs for El Salado Ecological Park. The park is located about 5 km from the town center. Look for signs indicating the park entrance.

From the main bus terminal in Guatapé, take a local bus heading towards Medellín or Envigado. Inform the driver that you want to get off at El Salado Ecological Park. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the park itself. The cost of the bus fare is typically around 3,000 COP.
