Car
If you are driving from the center of Guatapé, head southeast on Calle 30 toward Calle 23. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Carrera 29, then turn right. Follow Carrera 29 until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Via Guatape and continue on this road for about 5 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Mirador El Águila. The parking area is near the entrance to the viewpoint and typically free of charge.

To reach Mirador El Águila using public transportation, start by heading to the main bus terminal in Guatapé. From there, look for a local minibus or 'colectivo' heading toward El Peñol. Inform the driver you want to get off at Mirador El Águila. The fare is usually around 2,000 COP. The bus will drop you off near the entrance. From there, it's a short walk (around 10 minutes) to the viewpoint. Be sure to check the return schedule for buses back to Guatapé.
