Car
From the center of Los Llanos, head south on the main road towards Guatapé. Continue on this route for approximately 2 hours until you reach the town of Guatapé. Once in Guatapé, look for signs indicating the direction to San Rafael. Follow the signs, and after about 20 minutes, you will find the entrance to the ecological trail that leads to Reserva Natural Piedra Montada. Park your car in the designated area and prepare for a 35-minute walk along the ecological trail to reach the reserve.

Public Transportation
Start by taking a bus from the central bus terminal in Los Llanos to Guatapé. The journey will take about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Guatapé, you can either ask locals for directions to San Rafael or take a taxi for the 20-minute ride to the entrance of the ecological trail leading to Reserva Natural Piedra Montada. After arriving at the entrance, you will need to hike for about 35 minutes along the ecological trail to reach the reserve.
