If you are driving, from the main square of Guatapé, head south on Calle 30 towards the lake. Turn right onto the road that leads to El Peñol (Route 60). Follow this road for about 5 km until you see signs for Parque Comfama Guatapé on your left. The entrance is directly off the main road, and there is parking available on-site.

To reach Parque Comfama Guatapé using public transport, go to the main bus terminal in Guatapé. Look for buses labeled 'El Peñol' or 'Parque Comfama.' The fare is approximately 5,000 COP. The bus journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Parque Comfama stop, follow the signs to the entrance, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
