If you're traveling by car within the Insular Region, you will first need to get to the main town of San Andrés. From there, head towards the airport and follow the signs for the road leading to Providencia Island. You will need to take a ferry from San Andrés to Providencia, which takes around 30 minutes. The ferry operates multiple times a day, and tickets can be purchased at the port. Once you arrive on Providencia, drive or take a taxi towards the north of the island where The Peak is located. Follow the road signs to the area known as 'El Pico' until you reach the designated parking area.

To reach The Peak using public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location in San Andrés to the airport, which is the common starting point for ferries. You can catch a bus from various locations around the island, and it will cost around COP 2,000. Once at the airport, board the ferry to Providencia Island. Upon arrival at the Providencia port, you can take a local bus or taxi to get to The Peak. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they will take you to 'El Pico'. The total cost for the ferry is approximately COP 40,000, and local transport in Providencia may cost around COP 10,000 to COP 20,000.
