    If you're driving from Leticia, start by heading southeast on Carrera 9 towards Calle 10. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Avenida 20 de Julio. Turn left onto Avenida 20 de Julio and follow it until you reach the intersection with Calle 10. Turn right onto Calle 10, which will lead you towards the main exit of Leticia. Continue on this road for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the border with Colombia and enter Cartagena. Follow the signs directing you to La Boquilla. The San Felipe de Barajas Fort is located in Cielo Mar, near La Boquilla. Parking is available near the fort.
