If you are in the Historic Center of Cartagena, head east along Calle 30 until you reach Carrera 4. Turn left on Carrera 4 and continue walking until you reach Calle 34. Turn right on Calle 34, and you will find 'Cartagena Caribbean Tours' at Cra 20 #34-10 on your left.

From the Historic Center, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Venezuela. Board the bus marked 'Calle 30' or 'El Laguito' and ask the driver to let you know when you are near Cra 20. Get off at the stop closest to Carrera 20 and walk north on Carrera 20 until you reach Cra 20 #34-10.
