From the main bus terminal in Manizales, take a local bus heading towards the Chipre area. Look for buses that display 'Chipre' or 'La Enea' on their route signs. The bus ride takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Chipre stop and walk up Calle 7a to see Chipre Tower on your left. A one-way bus trip costs approximately 2,500 COP.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Manizales. Simply tell the driver you want to go to 'Torre de Chipre' or 'Chipre Tower' located at Calle 7a. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The starting taxi fare is 4,000 COP, with each kilometer costing an additional 5,000 COP. A 5km ride would cost approximately 29,000 COP.

If you are in the central area of Manizales, start at Parque Caldas. Head southeast towards Calle 19, turn right onto Calle 19 until you reach Avenida Santander. Cross Avenida Santander and continue straight onto Calle 7a. Follow Calle 7a for about 1 kilometer to find Chipre Tower on your left.
