Take the Medellín Metro Line A to either Alpujarra or Exposiciones station. From Alpujarra, walk west along Calle San Juan, passing Plaza de La Alpujarra and Plaza Mayor. From Exposiciones, walk west along Avenida 33. The park is a 15-20 minute walk from either station. A single metro ticket costs approximately 2,580 COP.
Taxi/Ride-Sharing
Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Didi are readily available throughout Medellín. A taxi ride from the Laureles neighborhood to Parques del Río costs around 6,000 COP. From El Poblado, expect to pay around 10,000 COP. Be sure the driver knows you want to go to Parques del Rio, near the Conquistadores neighborhood.
