Car
If you're driving from a central location in Orinoquía, head southeast on the route 65 towards Villavicencio. Continue for approximately 4 hours until you reach the junction of route 65 and route 40. Take route 40 south towards Orito. After about 2 hours of driving, you'll arrive in Orito. From Orito, take the local road towards Vda. El Libano. It is approximately a 30-minute drive. Be prepared for some unpaved roads; a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Follow the signs towards RN La Isla Escondida.

To travel by bus, first make your way to the main bus terminal in a nearby city like Villavicencio. Look for a bus service that travels to Orito. The journey usually takes about 6-7 hours. Once you arrive in Orito, you will need to take a local taxi or a moto-taxi to reach Vda. El Libano. The local ride should take around 30 minutes. Ensure to confirm the cost with the driver beforehand; it typically ranges between 20,000 to 30,000 COP.
