If you're traveling by car, start from the nearest major city in the Pacific Region, like Quibdó. Head southeast on the main road towards the town of Santa Cecilia. Once in Santa Cecilia, follow signs towards Choachí. The journey will take approximately 2 hours. After reaching Choachí, continue on the local road that leads directly to Cascada La Chorrera. Look for the entrance signs to the waterfall. Note that there may be road fees, so keep some cash handy for tolls along the way.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Quibdó to Choachí. The bus terminal in Quibdó has regular services to Choachí. The journey takes about 3 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Choachí, you can either take a taxi or walk to the entrance of Cascada La Chorrera. Taxis are available outside the bus terminal and should cost around 10,000 to 15,000 COP. Ensure you have enough cash, as not all taxis may accept cards.
