If you are driving to Colpatria Tower from anywhere in the Pacific Region, start by heading towards the Pan-American Highway (Ruta 40) heading northeast. Continue on this highway until you reach the junction for Bogotá. Take the exit towards Bogotá and follow the signs for the city center. As you approach Bogotá, stay on Avenida El Dorado and follow it until you reach the intersection with Carrera 7. Turn left onto Carrera 7 and continue straight until you reach the address Cra. 7 #24-89. Parking is available nearby.

To reach Colpatria Tower via public transportation, start by finding a bus terminal in your current location in the Pacific Region. Take a bus heading to Bogotá; there are several companies that operate this route. Once you arrive at the Bogotá bus terminal (Terminal de Transportes de Bogotá), you can take TransMilenio (the city's bus rapid transit system). Board a TransMilenio bus on the 'Avenida Calle 80' line. Transfer at 'Portal 80' to the 'Calle 26' line. Get off at the 'Cadena' station and walk east on Calle 26 until you reach Carrera 7. Turn left onto Carrera 7 and you will find Colpatria Tower at Cra. 7 #24-89.
