Car
If you are driving, start from the city of Buenaventura. Head southwest on Calle 1 towards Carrera 3 and follow signs for Juanchaco. After about 30 minutes, you will reach the ferry terminal in Buenaventura. Park your car at the terminal and take the ferry to Juanchaco, which takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Juanchaco, exit the ferry and walk towards the main road. Continue on the main road for about 10 minutes, and you will find Pacifico Hostel located at Despensa, Juanchaco.
Public Transportation (Bus + Ferry)
From any location in Buenaventura, make your way to the main bus terminal. Take a bus heading towards Juanchaco, which typically costs around 5,000 COP. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes to reach the ferry terminal. Upon arrival, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Juanchaco (around 10,000 COP). The ferry ride lasts for about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Juanchaco, walk along the main road for about 10 minutes until you reach Pacifico Hostel at Despensa.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Buenaventura to the ferry terminal. The fare should be around 15,000 COP. After reaching the terminal, you will need to take the ferry to Juanchaco (approximately 10,000 COP). Once you arrive at Juanchaco, walk for about 10 minutes on the main road to reach Pacifico Hostel located at Despensa.
