Walking

From Avenida 5 in Ciudad Jardín, head south until you reach Calle 3. Turn left onto Calle 3 and walk until you reach Carrera 34. Turn right onto Carrera 34. Parque del Perro will be on your left at Cra. 34 #3-2 a 3-166.
Public Transport

Take any MIO route that passes through the "Estadio" station. From there, walk along Carrera 34 to Third Street; the park is about 10 minutes from the station.

Years later, one of those children, who became the Director of the National Police, erected a statue of Teddy in the park as a memorial.
