Starting from the central square of Popayán, Parque Caldas, head south on Calle 6. Walk along this street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida 10. Turn left onto Avenida 10 and continue walking for another 15 minutes. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards 'Mirador' as you approach the hill. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the entrance to the path leading up to Mirador del Puzna.

From Parque Caldas, walk to the nearest bus stop on Calle 6. Take a bus that is heading towards 'El Morro' or 'Puente del Humilladero.' After about 10-15 minutes, ask the driver to let you off at the stop for 'Cerro de las Tres Cruces.' From there, follow the signs leading to Mirador del Puzna, which is approximately a 20-minute walk uphill.

If you have access to a bicycle, rent one from a local shop near Parque Caldas. Head south on Calle 6 and then turn left onto Avenida 10. Continue straight until you reach the base of the hill.
