From the central park of Popayán (Parque Caldas), head north towards Calle 18 Norte. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Carrera 2. Turn left on Carrera 2 and walk for approximately 5 blocks. El Morro de Tulcán will be on your right at Cl. 18 Nte. #Carrera 2.
