Walking
If you are starting from the main square (Plaza de la Independencia) in Popayán, head southeast on Calle 5 towards Carrera 6. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Carrera 7. Turn left onto Carrera 7 and walk for another 300 meters. You will see a sign for Rincón Payanés on your right. Follow the pathway into the park area, which is a popular local attraction.

From the main square, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Calle 5. Look for a bus heading towards the Parque de los Girasoles. Board the bus and ride for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Parque de los Girasoles. From there, walk back about 200 meters towards the park entrance, and you will find Rincón Payanés at the end of the park.
