If you are in the center of Riohacha, start at the main square, Plaza Almirante Padilla. Head east on Calle 15. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle 6a. The Monumento A Francisco El Hombre is located at Cl. 15 #6a3 on your left side. Look for the large statue; it’s a prominent landmark.
