Walking
If you are in Santa Marta city center, a pleasant walk to Parque San Miguel is easily achievable. From Parque de los Novios, head east on Calle 19 until you reach Carrera 7. Turn left onto Carrera 7 and continue walking for about 10 minutes. The park's entrance is located at Cra. 7 #19-26.
Public Transport
To reach Parque San Miguel via public transport, find a bus that travels along Carrera 7. Bus tickets cost approximately 1,800 COP. Inform the driver you want to get off at Parque San Miguel. The bus routes are posted in the front window. You can get off the bus wherever you want; just let the driver know.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Santa Marta. A short taxi ride within the city center typically costs between 6,000 COP and 8,000 COP. Be sure the driver resets the taximeter before you begin your journey. From the Santa Marta bus terminal, a taxi to Parque San Miguel will cost around 8,800 COP.
