After approximately 60 kilometers, you will reach the town of Gámbita. Upon arriving in Gámbita, follow the signs to Vereda Gambita Viejo, where Cueva el Chocó is located. It is advisable to use a GPS navigation system or a maps application for the most accurate driving directions.
Public Transportation
From Bucaramanga, you can take a bus to Gámbita. Buses depart regularly from the Terminal de Transportes de Bucaramanga. The journey takes about 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic conditions. Upon arrival at the Gámbita bus terminal, you can take a local taxi to Vereda Gambita Viejo.
