Getting There

    The Museo Nacional de Colombia is located in the San Martin neighborhood of Santa Fe, easily accessible on foot from many points in central Bogotá. From the Gold Museum, walk east along Calle 29 until you reach Carrera 7. The museum will be on your left. From Plaza de Bolívar, walk north on Carrera 7 for approximately 15 minutes. The museum will be on your right.

    The TransMilenio is a convenient way to reach the Museo Nacional de Colombia. Take the TransMilenio to the 'Museo Nacional' station on Calle 26. From the station, walk a few minutes north on Carrera 7 to reach the museum. A one-way trip on Transmilenio costs approximately 2,950 COP. You'll need a 'Tullave' card, which costs 7,000 COP, to use the Transmilenio.

  • Taxi/Ride-sharing
