If you are in the center of Villavicencio, head to the main bus terminal, Terminal de Transportes de Villavicencio, which is located on Avenida 40. Look for buses heading towards the 'Calle 36' area; many routes will pass near Hacha Park. Board the bus and pay the fare (around 2,000 COP). Inform the driver that you want to get off at Calle 36. Once you arrive, walk a short distance along Calle 36 towards the north. Hacha Park will be on your left.

From any central point in Villavicencio, you can easily find a motorcycle taxi. Simply signal a mototaxi and inform the driver to take you to Hacha Park, located at Calle 36 s/n. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting the journey, which should be around 5,000 to 10,000 COP.

If you are already in the vicinity of the city center, you can walk to Hacha Park. Head towards Avenida 40 and continue straight until you reach Calle 36. Turn left onto Calle 36 and continue walking for several blocks. Hacha Park will be located on the right side of the street.
