If you are in the city center, start at Parque de los Fundadores. From there, head northeast on Calle 40 for about 1 kilometer. You will pass local shops and restaurants along the way. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 40. Turn left onto Avenida 40 and walk for about 200 meters. You will soon see the Monumento al Joropo on your right, just before the roundabout.
