Gondola
To reach the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster, start at the Snowmass Base Village and take the Elk Camp Gondola. Purchase an activity pass at the ticket office before boarding the gondola. The gondola ride takes approximately 14 minutes to reach Elk Camp. From the top of the gondola, the coaster is located near the Elk Camp Restaurant. Expect to pay around $66 for a coaster-only ticket, $52 for tubing only, or $78 for a coaster and tubing combo. Gondola access is included in the activity pass.
Car
If driving from Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (ASE), follow CO-82 West for about 2 miles, then turn left onto Brush Creek Road. Continue on Brush Creek Road for approximately 2.5 miles to the roundabout, following signs to Snowmass Village Mall for another 2.8 miles. Turn right onto Carriage Way/Snowmelt Road, then take the next left onto Elbert Lane. Free parking lots are available in Snowmass Village. From there, take the Elk Camp Gondola to the coaster. Parking is free, but the coaster requires a gondola ticket ($10) and an activity pass ($66 for coaster only).
