From downtown Estes Park, the Visitor Center is easily accessible by foot. Follow the Riverwalk east along the Big Thompson River. The walk is approximately 1 mile and takes about 20 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the way.

Estes Park offers a free shuttle service that operates during the summer season and for special events. Several shuttle routes connect various points in town with the Estes Park Visitor Center, which acts as the central transportation hub. Check the local transit schedule for route details and times. Driving
The Estes Park Visitor Center is located at 500 Big Thompson Avenue, near the intersection of Highways 34 and 36. From most locations in Estes Park, follow either Highway 34 or 36 towards the intersection. The visitor center will be on the north side of the road. Parking is available in the adjacent parking structure. During peak season, parking can be limited. Free parking is available at the Visitor Center garage located at 691 N. St. Vrain Ave. Additional free parking is available at the Events Complex Park-n-Ride, with shuttle service to the Visitor Center.
