Estes Park offers a free shuttle service, The Peak, with multiple routes around town. Check the Estes Park Visitor Center (500 Big Thompson Avenue) for the most up-to-date route information and schedules. Take the shuttle route that stops near Prospect Village Drive. From the nearest shuttle stop, it's a short walk to the Open Air Adventure Park. The shuttle is free.
