    Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center is located at 2120 S Cheyenne Canyon Rd, at the entrance to North Cheyenne Cañon Park. From the intersection of Cheyenne Boulevard and N/S Cheyenne Canyon Road, proceed a short distance to the Center. The entrance to the Columbine Trail is nearby.

    From downtown Colorado Springs, take Tejon Street south to Cheyenne Boulevard. Follow Cheyenne Boulevard to the intersection with Cheyenne Canyon Road. Parking is available at the visitor center, with additional parking lots within walking distance. Parking is free.

Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center is a must-see for visitors to North Cheyenne Cañon Park. The center provides an introduction to the beautiful waterfalls, rock formations, wildflowers, and wildlife of Cheyenne Canyon. The center is located in a charming, craftsman-style stone building that was originally the home of the Starsmore family. In 1992, the City of Colorado Springs purchased the building and moved it to its current location. Inside, guests of all ages can explore exhibits highlighting the park's geology, flora, fauna, and history. Exhibits include a bird-watching window, dioramas, and hands-on nature displays. Visitors can also purchase books, videos, and hummingbird feeders. Starsmore provides access to the Columbine Trail, which ascends the canyon for about 4 miles to Helen Hunt Falls. The center also hosts programs throughout the year, including a Junior Ranger Program, Cheyenne Cañon Camp, and Ute Day.
