From Downtown Colorado Springs, head to the nearest bus stop that serves the Mountain Metro Transit system. You can catch the Route 5 bus towards 'Old Colorado City.' Board the bus and ride for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the 'Gateway Rd. & 31st St.' stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes west along Gateway Rd. to reach Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site at 3105 Gateway Rd. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service times may vary.

If you prefer to ride a bike, you can rent one from a nearby bike rental shop in Downtown Colorado Springs. Once you have your bike, take S Tejon St north to W Colorado Ave and then head west. Continue on W Colorado Ave until you reach 31st St. Turn left on 31st St and ride until you reach Gateway Rd. Turn right onto Gateway Rd, and Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site will be on your left at 3105 Gateway Rd. The ride is approximately 3 miles and should take around 15-20 minutes.

For those who enjoy walking, you can make your way to Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site on foot. Start from the center of Downtown Colorado Springs and head west on Colorado Ave. Continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach 31st St. Turn left on 31st St and walk a short distance until you reach Gateway Rd. Turn right onto Gateway Rd, and after about a 10-minute walk, you'll arrive at 3105 Gateway Rd. This route takes around 30-40 minutes.
