If you are near downtown Denver, head to the Union Station light rail station. Take the C Line towards Littleton - Mineral Station. Get off at the 10th & Osage Station. From there, walk east on W 10th Ave to S Broadway and catch the 0 or 12 bus towards the Denver Zoo. Get off at the Steele St & 23rd Ave stop, and you will be just a short walk from the zoo entrance at 2300 Steele St.
