Founded in 2011, Mile High Spirits set out to inspire a new standard in craft distilling. They wanted to bring Colorado spirits to the conversation as well, but they wanted to do it in a fun way. The distillery produces a range of spirits, including vodka, gin, whiskey, and rum, using local ingredients. Visitors can take guided tours to learn about the distillation process and sample the spirits. The tasting room features a large bar, a state-of-the-art sound system, and a patio. By day, Mile High Spirits is a craft cocktail bar with unique and delicious double-pour cocktails. By night, the Tasting Room turns into a dance floor with DJs, live music, epic events, and silent disco every weekend. In 2025, Mile High Spirits remodeled its space and updated its menu and attitude. The distillery also has started making more cocktail components in-house, including things like simple syrups and bitters, often with fresh, local ingredients. Mile High Spirits has a large Tasting Room and Patio available for event rentals for full buyouts, semi-private events, and private events. With a 5,000 sq. ft. Tasting Room space, a 3,000 sq. ft. Patio, and 700 sq. ft. Barrel Room, Mile High Spirits has the perfect event options for parties up to 550 people and smaller groups up to 50.
