    From the heart of Five Points, start by heading west on Welton Street towards 27th Street. Continue walking for about 0.4 miles (approximately 8-10 minutes). Cross over the light rail tracks at 27th Avenue and keep going straight until you reach the intersection with Broadway. At Broadway, turn left and walk south until you reach Colfax Avenue. The Colorado State Capitol will be on your right at 200 E Colfax Ave.

    From Five Points, you can catch the RTD bus route 15 at the stop located on Welton Street. Board the bus heading towards the Civic Center Station. After about 5-6 minutes and a few stops, get off at the Colfax Avenue & Broadway stop. From there, walk east on Colfax Avenue for about 2 minutes until you arrive at the Colorado State Capitol located at 200 E Colfax Ave. The bus fare is $3.00, and you can pay using a ticket or a mobile app.

    If you prefer using the light rail, head to the 25th & Welton Station in Five Points. Board the light rail train heading towards the Union Station. Travel for 2 stops and get off at the Civic Center Station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk east on Colfax Avenue for about 3 minutes until you reach the Colorado State Capitol at 200 E Colfax Ave. The light rail fare is also $3.00.
