If you are near downtown Denver, head to the nearest light rail station, which could be the Union Station. From Union Station, take the light rail train towards 'Parker Road' or 'Lincoln'. Get off at the 'Colfax at Auraria' station. Once you exit the station, walk east on Colfax Avenue for about 5 blocks until you reach 200 E Colfax Ave. The Mile-High Steps will be on your right.

Find the nearest bus stop and take the RTD bus route that travels along Colfax Avenue. Check the schedule for the bus number that stops at '200 E Colfax Ave'. Once you get off the bus, you will find the Mile-High Steps directly at your stop.

If you are staying in the central area of Denver, you can easily walk to the Mile-High Steps. Start at the Denver Art Museum and head southeast on 13th Avenue. Turn left onto Broadway, then continue straight until you reach Colfax Avenue. Turn right onto Colfax Avenue and walk for about 3 blocks. The Mile-High Steps will be located at 200 E Colfax Ave on your left.

You can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations around Denver. Head in the direction of Colfax Avenue. Use the bike lanes to ride safely; from downtown, it’s approximately a 10-minute bike ride. Once you reach Colfax Avenue, head east, and you will find the Mile-High Steps at 200 E Colfax Ave.
