Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from downtown Estes Park, make your way to the corner of Elkhorn Avenue and Moraine Avenue. Head east on Elkhorn Avenue, which will turn into Big Thompson Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles. The Estes Park Visitor Center is located at 500 Big Thompson Ave, on your left side, just before you reach the intersection with Hwys 34 and 36.

For those with bicycles, if you are near the Estes Park Riverwalk, follow the path along the river heading east. This path will eventually lead you to Big Thompson Avenue. Once you reach Big Thompson Avenue, turn right and head west for about 0.3 miles. The Estes Park Visitor Center will be on your right at 500 Big Thompson Ave.

If you are using the local shuttle service, check the current schedule for the Estes Park free shuttle.
