    From downtown Estes Park, the observatory is approximately a 2-mile walk. Head west on Elkhorn Avenue, then turn left onto Manford Avenue. Continue on Manford Avenue until you reach the observatory at 1600 Manford Ave. This will take you about 40 minutes.

    Take the free Town of Estes Park Shuttle. From the Estes Park Visitor Center, transfer to the Blue Route, which goes East on Highway 34. Get off at the stop closest to Manford Avenue and walk north to the observatory. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes. This service is free.
