Walking
From downtown Estes Park, the observatory is approximately a 2-mile walk. Head west on Elkhorn Avenue, then turn left onto Manford Avenue. Continue on Manford Avenue until you reach the observatory at 1600 Manford Ave. This will take you about 40 minutes.

Public Transport
Take the free Town of Estes Park Shuttle. From the Estes Park Visitor Center, transfer to the Blue Route, which goes East on Highway 34. Get off at the stop closest to Manford Avenue and walk north to the observatory. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes. This service is free.

Taxi and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are available in Estes Park. A ride from downtown Estes Park to the observatory will cost approximately $14-$23, depending on the distance and demand. Alternatively, Explore Estes Park Ride Service offers rides starting at $10 per person.

From downtown Estes Park, drive west on Elkhorn Avenue, then turn left onto Manford Avenue. The observatory is located at 1600 Manford Ave. Parking is available at the observatory. Free parking is also available at the Estes Park Events Complex with a free shuttle to the Estes Park Visitor Center, from which you can take the town shuttle.
