Car
From Garden of the Gods, head east on Garden of the Gods Rd. Continue on this road until it merges with 30th St. Follow 30th St south until you reach the intersection with US-24. Take a left onto US-24 E and continue for about 4 miles. Take exit 140 for 8th St toward Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Merge onto 8th St and continue south until you reach Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Rd. Turn left onto Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Rd, and the zoo will be on your left at 4250 Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906.

From Garden of the Gods, you can take the Mountain Metro Bus. Walk to the nearest bus stop on Garden of the Gods Rd. Board the Route 5 bus toward the Colorado Springs City Center. Transfer to the Route 3 bus at the City Center transfer station, heading towards Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The bus will take you directly to a stop near the zoo.
