To drive from Garden of the Gods to Old Colorado City, start by exiting the Garden of the Gods parking area and head east on Garden of the Gods Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 30th Street. Turn left onto 30th Street and continue for about 0.5 miles. Next, turn right onto Colorado Avenue (US-24). Follow Colorado Avenue for about 2 miles until you reach the Old Colorado City area. Look for the signs directing you to Old Colorado City Trail. There is street parking available, but be aware of parking regulations.
