Walking
If you are starting from the Glenwood Springs Community Center, exit the center and head east on Wulfsohn Road toward S. Grand Avenue. Turn right onto S. Grand Avenue and continue south until you reach the intersection with Colorado Avenue. Turn left onto Colorado Avenue. Continue walking for about five blocks, and the Frontier Historical Museum will be on your right at 1001 Colorado Ave.

Public Transportation
From the Glenwood Springs Amtrak station, walk to the nearest bus stop on 7th Street. Catch the Roaring Fork Transit Authority (RFTA) bus that heads towards Glenwood Springs downtown. Get off at the stop near the intersection of 7th Street and Colorado Avenue. From there, walk east on Colorado Avenue for about three blocks, and you will find the Frontier Historical Museum at 1001 Colorado Ave on your left.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from the Glenwood Springs bike path. Start at the Glenwood Canyon bike path and head toward the downtown area. You will reach the intersection with 6th Street. Turn left onto 6th Street and ride until you reach Colorado Avenue. Turn right onto Colorado Avenue, and after a short ride, the Frontier Historical Museum will be on your right at 1001 Colorado Ave.
