Adventure Awaits at Bananas Fun Park

Getting There

• Public Bus

  If you're in downtown Grand Junction, head to the nearest bus stop on Main St. Look for the Grand Valley Transit (GVT) bus. You can take Route 3, which heads toward Riverside Parkway. The bus will take you along Main St, passing through several neighborhoods. Make sure to check the current bus schedule for accurate timings, as buses run every 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Riverside Pkwy & 25th St' stop, which is close to the park. From there, it’s a short walk down Riverside Parkway to Bananas Fun Park located at 2469 Riverside Pkwy.

• Bicycle

  If you're up for a bike ride, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Grand Junction. Start your journey by heading west on Main St towards 5th St. Continue to follow 5th St, which will take you to the Riverfront Trail. Follow the trail west until you reach the junction with Riverside Pkwy. Turn left (south) on Riverside Pkwy, and continue riding until you reach Bananas Fun Park at 2469 Riverside Pkwy. The ride is approximately 3 miles and should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk, start from downtown Grand Junction and head west on Main St. Walk until you reach 5th St, and turn left to head south. Continue on 5th St until you reach the Riverfront Trail. Follow the trail along the Colorado River, which is a scenic route, until you reach Riverside Pkwy. Once you reach Riverside Pkwy, turn right and walk south until you arrive at Bananas Fun Park at 2469 Riverside Pkwy. The walk is about 2.5 miles and should take approximately 45 minutes.
