Getting There

• Walking

  From downtown Grand Junction, head east on Main Street toward 5th Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Colorado Avenue. Turn left onto Colorado Avenue and walk for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach 1st Street. At 1st Street, turn right and continue walking until you reach the intersection with US-50. Cross US-50 at the crosswalk and continue on the sidewalk. The park entrance will be on your left at 2785 US-50.

  From downtown Grand Junction, locate the nearest bus stop along Main Street. Take the Grand Valley Transit bus route that heads toward the Mesa County Fairgrounds. Check the bus schedule for exact times. Get off at the stop closest to the Fairgrounds, which is along US-50. After disembarking, follow the sidewalk towards the entrance of Intermountain Veterans' Memorial Park, which will be located at 2785 US-50. A single ride on Grand Valley Transit costs $1.25.

  The park is located at the Mesa County Fairgrounds, which offers ample parking. Parking is free.
