Getting There

• Walking

  Start your journey at the Montrose Visitor Center located at 107 S Cascade Ave. Exit the center and head south on Cascade Ave towards E Main St. Turn left onto E Main St and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach S 12th St. Turn right onto S 12th St and continue walking for about 0.3 miles. You will then reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto the US-550 N ramp. Walk along the pedestrian path next to the road until you reach the intersection with Air Park Way. Turn left onto Air Park Way. Taviwach Park will be on your right at 2355 Air Park Way, about a quarter-mile down the road.

• Bicycle

  Begin at the Montrose Visitor Center at 107 S Cascade Ave. Ride south on Cascade Ave until you reach E Main St. Turn left onto E Main St and continue for about 0.5 miles. Once you reach S 12th St, turn right. Continue straight for another 0.3 miles until you arrive at the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the US-550 N ramp. Follow the bike lane along the road until you come to Air Park Way. Turn left onto Air Park Way. Taviwach Park is located at 2355 Air Park Way, approximately a quarter-mile ahead on your right.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  To reach Taviwach Park via public transport, start at the Montrose Public Library located at 320 S 2nd St. Catch the Montrose Transit bus, Route 1, heading towards the Montrose Pavilion. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of US-550 and Air Park Way. From there, disembark and walk about a quarter-mile down Air Park Way. Taviwach Park will be on your right at 2355 Air Park Way.
