Getting There

• Walking

  Start your journey at the Monument Town Hall located at 645 Beacon Lite Rd, Monument, CO 80132. From here, head south on Beacon Lite Rd for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 105. Cross the highway carefully to reach the opposite side. Continue walking south on Highway 105 for approximately 1 mile. You will see signs for the entrance to the town of Green Mountain Falls. As you enter Green Mountain Falls, look for signs directing you towards the pond, which is situated in the center of the town. Follow the local roads until you reach the pond area, noted for its scenic views and walking paths.

• Biking

  If you have a bike, start at Monument Town Hall (645 Beacon Lite Rd). Cycle south on Beacon Lite Rd for about 0.5 miles. At the intersection with Highway 105, carefully cross the street and continue biking south along Highway 105 for about 1 mile. Once you enter the town of Green Mountain Falls, follow the road signs towards the pond. The area is bike-friendly, and you'll enjoy the beautiful scenery as you approach the pond.

• Public Transport

  From Monument, you can take the bus route operated by the Front Range Express (FRE). Check the latest schedule to find a bus heading towards Colorado Springs, and then transfer to a bus that goes towards Green Mountain Falls. After arriving at Green Mountain Falls, follow local signage to the pond, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
