    Walking

    If you're already in the Garden of the Gods area, you can walk to Steamboat Rock. From the visitor center, head south on the main trails toward Garden Dr. Continue along the trails until you reach Garden Dr, then walk approximately 1.5 miles south. Steamboat Rock will be on your right. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and carry water.

    Public Transport

    From downtown Colorado Springs, take the Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT) bus route 3. Get off at the Garden of the Gods stop. From there, walk approximately 1.5 miles south along Garden Dr to reach Steamboat Rock. A one-way bus fare is approximately $1.75.

    Car

    If driving, start from the main entrance of Garden of the Gods at 1805 N 30th St, Colorado Springs, CO. Head south on N 30th St toward W Garden of the Gods Rd. Continue onto Garden Dr and follow it for approximately 1.5 miles. Steamboat Rock will be on your right. There is no parking fee, and ample parking is available nearby.
