Walking
From downtown Manitou Springs, Schryver Park is accessible by foot. Head west on Manitou Avenue, following the main road. Turn left onto Garden of the Gods Place. The park will be on your left, adjacent to the Manitou Springs Pool and Fitness Center. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your starting point in downtown.
Public Transport
The Colorado Springs Mountain Metro Transit Route 3 connects downtown Colorado Springs to Manitou Springs. From the bus stop at Garden of the Gods Place and Manitou Avenue, the park is a short walk away, next to the Manitou Springs Pool and Fitness Center. A one-way fare is typically around $1.75. The Ute Pass Express also stops near Schryver Park, providing another public transport option.
Parking
If driving, parking is available at the Schryver Park/Manitou Pool & Fitness Center lot at 202 Manitou Avenue. Parking rates vary, and reservations may be required, especially during peak seasons or events. Check the Manitou Springs' Honk parking reservation program for availability and rates. Hourly parking is available in other lots in Manitou Springs, but rates can be as high as $10/hour for 6+ hours. Full-day parking at Schryver Park is around $10.
