If you're driving to the Manitou Incline, start by heading towards Cascade, Colorado. From Pikes Peak, take US-24 E towards Manitou Springs. Continue on US-24 E for about 10 miles until you reach the exit for Manitou Springs. Once you exit, turn right onto Manitou Avenue and continue for about 1.5 miles. Look for the Manitou Incline parking area on your left. Note that parking can fill up quickly, especially on weekends, and there may be a parking fee.

To reach the Manitou Incline via public transportation, take the Mountain Metro Transit bus Route 3 from Colorado Springs to Manitou Springs. The bus will drop you off along Manitou Avenue. A one-way bus fare is typically around $1.75.
