Getting There

  • Driving

    From Buena Vista, head west on Main Street, which becomes County Road 306 (Cottonwood Pass Road). Continue for approximately 6 miles, then turn left onto County Road 344, following the signs for Cottonwood Lake. The lake is about 3 miles down this road. Note that County Road 344 is a dirt road and can be rough. There is no fee to use the boat ramp. Parking is available in a gravel parking area across from the boat ramp.
