If you are starting from downtown Salida, head south on F Street towards the Arkansas River. Once you reach the river, follow the river trail heading west. You will pass several parks and scenic views along the way. Continue on the trail for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with County Road 152. Turn left onto County Road 152 and continue walking for approximately 1 mile. Look for Smokestack on your right; it will be located at 9098-7656, Co Rd 152.

Starting from downtown Salida, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head south on F Street towards the Arkansas River, where you’ll find a dedicated bike path. Follow the bike path west along the river for about 2 miles. When you reach the intersection with County Road 152, turn left. Continue biking for about 1 mile, and you will find Smokestack on your right at 9098-7656, Co Rd 152. Be cautious of the traffic on County Road 152.
