    To reach Argentine Pass by car, start from Denver, Colorado. Take I-70 West toward Idaho Springs. Continue on I-70 for about 40 miles until you reach Exit 244 for U.S. 6. Merge onto U.S. 6 and follow it for approximately 10 miles. At the junction with CO-119, turn left onto CO-119. Continue on CO-119 for about 6 miles until you reach the town of Nederland. From Nederland, take the Peak-to-Peak Highway (CO-119) north for about 12 miles until you reach the turnoff for the Argentine Pass trailhead on the right. Note that a high-clearance 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the final stretch up to the pass. There are no tolls on this route, but be prepared for potential parking fees at the trailhead.
